If I lost
my GSI PC Guard pin code, what can
I do ?
Basically there are two ways to resolve
the situation;
1. You can use the PUK number that
came with the package and run the
recovery software to reset the pin
code back to original one, 0000. We
strongly recommend you to change the
pin code immediately afterwards.
2. For a fee, you can send your GSI-key
back to us and we will reset it for
you. |

happens if I directly turn off my
computer while the computer lock is
in action ?
You will still need the GSI-key to
unlock the computer. Even the computer
reboots and returns to Windows, the
computer lock is still intact. |
